I work with all sizes, venue types and locations - including small board meetings, city-wide conventions, resort properties, international and domestic destinations.

Event, Trade Show & Incentive Meeting Management

I am available for both individual projects as well as full-event management. I have experience managing all aspects of events, trade shows and incentive meetings, including client consultation, budgeting, project management, volunteer management, RFP process, site selection, vendor sourcing/management, speakers, negotiations, food & beverage,  vendor services (AV, DMCs, transportation, entertainment, exhibits, sponsorship fulfillment) and onsite facilitation.

Onsite Execution & Management

Even the best laid plans need adjusting onsite. Traveling to 20+ meetings per year has provided me valuable experience with thinking on my toes, problem solving and managing client and attendee expectations.

I have the ability to travel for meetings I have planned with my clients, as well as hit the ground running with little to no pre-event planning.

I have experience managing the full onsite team as well as well as being a contributor within the onsite team.
